    • Is there a return fee?
      • Returns requesting a refund will be charged a $10.95 flat rate shipping label fee that will be deducted from your total refunded amount. 
      • Returns requesting an exchange will not be charged a flat rate shipping label fee.
      • A $1.50 restocking fee will be applied to the total refund amount if items are not returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in its resealable polybag, and hanger.)
        • Can I change or cancel my order?

        • Can I return sale items?
          • Sale items are returnable for the exception of items marked as "FINAL SALE" which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 
          • All items that are 50% off or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange or price adjustment. 
        • How do I use my 15% welcome offer?
          • Offer can be applied to full price items only.  Discounted items are excluded from 15% offer.
          • The 15% welcome offer is one time use.



          • Regarding Shippings:
            • We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $200 before taxes within the continental U.S excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Orders under $200 will be charged a shipping fee based on your preference and location.
            • We currently work with UPS & FedEx ground courier services and they do not deliver to PO Boxes as they do not guarantee delivery.
          • Once my order is processed, how soon will my order ship?
            • We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible! As a small team, we strive to ship within 1-3 business days of your order date. Orders placed after 3PM PST will be shipped the following business day.
            • We do not ship on weekends and Holidays.
            • FRENCHMAUVE is not responsible for shipping carrier delays and cannot refund shipping charges on orders that have met our fulfillment deadline. 
          • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
            • Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Downtown Los Angeles, CA. Depending on your location, orders processed with standard UPS ground shipping will take 5-10 business days to arrive. Delivery details will always be provided in your confirmation email.
            • We do not currently offer expedited shipping
            • We do not offer onsite LA pickup options
