To start a return, please visit our Return & Exchange Portal and follow the prompts for easy returns and exchanges.

Return Shipping Fee

All returns mailed to our warehouse using our return label will be charged a flat-rate return shipping fee of $10.95, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Window

Returns for a refund to your original method of payment and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Items marked 50% off or greater are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. This includes promotional sales such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Return Conditions

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Original tags attached

Please return all items in the resealable poly bags or on the original hangers provided. A $1.50 restocking fee will be charged for items returned without the original hanger.

Using Your Own Shipping Method

If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service. FRENCHMAUVE is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Please retain your tracking number until your return has been processed.

Allow 7–14 business days from the date your return is mailed for processing.

Price Adjustments

Promotional offers, discount codes, and sale pricing cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion begins.

If you placed your order shortly before a promotion started, please contact our customer service team. Requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, price adjustments are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but is reported as lost or stolen after delivery, we will review the claim on a case-by-case basis.

If a replacement is provided as a courtesy, it will be considered the final resolution of the claim and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
