- All returns mailed to our warehouse will be charged a $10.95 flat rate return shipping label fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns for refunds to your original method of payment can be made within 30 days of your order date. Exchanges are also offered within 30 days of your order date.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale.
We accept returns of merchandise in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Please return all items in the resealable poly bags or on hangers they were shipped in. There will be a re-stocking fee of $1.50 if the item is returned without the original hanger.
If you choose to use your own shipping method, we suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please record the tracking number of your return in case the package is lost or stolen. After receiving your RA# and marking your invoice, please send your return to:
